I just want to…
The Face that Launched a New Brand
Niki Bryan Spas saw the opportunity to acquire the rights to use the Marilyn Monroe Brand in the Spa/Health and Wellness space. They needed to create a pitch book that would sell the concept to acquire the license. Then once won, they needed to define the use of the brand in all aspects of their business, which included three primary lines of services (Nail Boutiques, Glamour Rooms and Resort Spas) as well as over 200 branded products of skin care, hair care and cosmetics.
Marketing Leadership and Implementation
TKO became their marketing leadership and developed brand standards and unique packaging, following through with production and store openings. In addition, TKO planned and implemented the launch of the company and its products into multiple markets simultaneously.
As a result of these marketing initiatives, Marilyn Monroe Spas was able to open locations in Orlando, Monterey, Maui, New York City and Miami within two years, as well as fill those locations with marketing devices such as video slideshows and a full array of products, both in-store and online.
Incorporating a mix of elegant furnishings, natural hardware, large-scale vintage Marilyn photography, and red and white accents throughout, the Marilyn Monroe Spa experience is high-touch, pampering, and glamorous.
After exhaustive research of competitive products in the space, TKO designed and produced a system of custom packaging for all of Marilyn Monroe Spas retail and back-bar products, using a two-color design. All products are proudly sourced from sustainable companies using natural, organic and cruelty-free ingredients.
Marilyn Monroe Spas required a wide range of print collateral, including brochures, direct mail, letterhead systems, menus, POP/POS signage, and window graphics. Additionally, we developed and refined a brand standards manual for the company for use by all in-house graphics support staff.
